1. All those that needed to confirm are to do so on or before 6:00pm on Wednesday, 14th of June, 2016
2. Special Tables will be reserved for all Categories at the Award/Dinner Night and as such all Nominee (both Confirmed and Unconfirmed) are to pick up the Dinner Ticket for a token of #1,000:00k. They would be sitting with their fellow nominee on a table of 5 which goes for #5,000 (including a free Barbeque)
3. Voting opens on Thursday, 16th of June, 2016 by 00:00:00 and closes on 28th of June, 2016 by 23:59:00
4. All Groups/Teams would need to discuss modalities of preparation of their VIP Table during confirmation of Nomination
5. This final Nomination is sacrosanct and irreversible

In preparation for FUPRE SUG Week 2016, The Nomination for the different Categories of Excellence and Relevance Award has held and closed. As earlier promised, we stand on transparency and accountability and we are to publish the details of the Nomination before opening voting for the Top 4 in each category between 14th – 28th of June, 2016
